A table summarizing the statistical analysis of community richness and composition. Paired t-tests were used to compare richness metrics between methods of trophic and plant parasite community detection. Generalized linear models were used to test the relationship between community richness and field of origin and sampled depth for morphology and mtMG based data. PERMANOVAs were used to test for significant explanation of variation in community Jaccard based dissimilarity based on field of origin and sampled depth for both morphology and mtMG based datasets.
